Curt grew up in Northeast Ohio and earned his B.A. from The Ohio State University and J.D. from Capital University Law School in 1986. He has been practicing law since 1987 and currently is the Senior Partner at Sybert, Rhoad, Lackey & Swisher, LLC located in Powell, Ohio. For over 30 years, Curt has been representing injured victims throughout Ohio having successfully handled over 3,000 injury cases. Curt is a past member of the Supreme Court's Board on the Unauthorized Practice of Law and a current member of the Board of Trustees for The Ohio State University-Marion.
